Assistant Retail Manager

Lanoha Nurseries, Inc., a leading retail garden center in Omaha, Ne. is looking for an individual who wants professional and personal growth in a take charge environment. Provide customer service, and generate increased store sales within key department’s locations with merchandise placement, display, and changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific departments.
  • Works with retail manager and other department assistants to effectively communicate store Functions
  • Assist with manager functions for opening or closing and cashiering functions.
  • Work with vendors for delivery schedules, credit, and returns.
  • Manage purchasing budgets to maximize store profitability.
  • Provide innovative ideas for the in store set up and process.
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Positive attitude a must!
