Lanoha Nurseries is searching for an expert Skid Loader and Mini Excavator Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals that enjoy a fast-paced environment that do not want to be tasked with the same job day in and day out. You would be operating new model Cat equipment doing tasks such as rough grading, fine grading, excavation, material placement, concrete demo, and land clearing to name a few. Responsibilities

• Operate the following equipment: CAT track/rubber tire skid loaders, CAT mini excavators, Ditch Witch mini skid loaders, and power buggies. Along with many different attachments.
• Read and evaluate plans and determine efficient ways of getting done with equipment
• Ability to read grade stakes and elevations
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner
• Basic mechanical maintenance skills
• Able to work cooperatively with others

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience operating Skid Loaders and Mini Excavators
• Clean driving record
• Good communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team first setting
• CDL license or ability to acquire one once hired
