Lanoha Foreman are provided with year round employment with full time benefits. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (This position will be provided with a company truck and trailer)
- Previous experience in turf care, grounds maintenance, and/or landscaping
- Arborist, tree planting, tree maintenance experience (Tree Install Foreman)
- Team Leadership / Team Building Experience
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operation of Industry Leading Commercial Grade Scag Equipment. Equipment Maintenance & Team Safety Training.
- Provide Lawn Care (fertilization, weed control, insect control, and disease control) for residential and commercial properties throughout Omaha
- Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installation
- Provide “on the job” training to all crew members for operating varieties of equipment and lawn maintenance techniques
- Supervise daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and inventory. Morning and end of day inventory control for equipment, tools, and supplies. Securing equipment. Training others on inventory control efforts and equipment securing strategies.
- Client support & real time problem resolutions for client inquiries. Regular collaboration with and escalation of clients needs to the operational leadership team.
