With over 1000 acres in nursery production, our team cultivates, maintains, and installs the largest selection of homegrown trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals throughout the Metro area. Regardless of project scale, our professional Landscape Design and Construction teams have both the ability and passion to turn your ideas into your ideal outdoor space. Lanoha is an industry leader with nearly 50 years of serving the community. We are seeking career-minded individuals to join our team.

We are currently searching for Garden Center Plant Sales Associates who will assist customers in determining and choosing their products. If you love being outside, are interested in all things gardening, or are labeled a “green thumb,” then this is for you.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of plants and/or landscaping
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment
  • Exceptional sales and customer service ability
  • Communicate and work with other associates and customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Extremely well-organized
  • Work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior and professional customer service by creating a friendly, welcoming environment
  • Sales of our products and services
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Garden Center
  • Aid Outside Sales Manager in receiving and stocking of inventory
  • Assist in physical inventory counts
  • Anticipate customer needs and willingly help the customer by opening the door, getting a cart, carrying product, etc.
