Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Manager to join our Garden Center. This position will be responsible for coordinating/completing customer deliveries, assisting customers, and providing customer service support to the Garden Center.
Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving and warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Coordinate the scheduling/completion of Garden Center customer deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements
- Commercial Class A license and a clean driving record
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity
- Quick to learn new skills and able to prioritize and to complete multiple tasks
- Must be a self-motivated, team player with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, placing a high emphasis on accuracy
