We’re looking for an Office Assistant to maintain our office and keep it tidy. The ideal candidate for this position must have proficiency in office equipment and will be required to complete necessary tasks such as organizing files, delivering the mail and manage a multi-line phone system. Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel and must be willing to perform sales and marketing tasks when needed. This role would also be responsible for various receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus, possess excellent communication skills, and provide outstanding front desk support.
