Overview
Trade the Classroom for Nebraska’s Largest Nursery & Garden Center.
Spend a season learning how plants move from soil to customer at the largest family-owned nursery and landscape operation in the Midwest. This is a paid seasonal apprenticeship built for people in horticulture, plant science, agriculture, biology, or related fields who want hands-on experience at a working commercial operation.
You’ll work alongside our logistics & inventory team with connections to our master growers, and see firsthand how those teams supply our Landscape Design & Construction work.
Lanoha has been family-owned and operated since 1974, and many of our leaders have spent their careers here. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals with a depth of plant production knowledge rarely found in one place. The questions you ask this season will shape how much you take with you. Strong performers are often invited back for the next season or considered for permanent positions as they open up.
