Lanoha Nurseries is currently seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our office staff. The ideal candidate must possess previous experience in workforce timekeeping and payroll assistance.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Positive attitude and great work ethic
  • Commitment to excellence & driven to succeed
  • Experience in multi-department timekeeping
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of employee payroll processing
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping software; Sage software a PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Payroll processes for full employment cycle;  New hire to separation of Employment
  • Research & resolve employee timecard discrepancies
  • New employee onboarding paperwork; I9, W2, Direct Deposit, Employment Records,
  • Employee benefit assignment & payroll deductions 
  • End of week and end of month reporting on timecard discrepancies
  • Investigate and solve employee and leadership queries
  • Other general administrative functions as necessary
