Project Coordinator – Landscape Construction & Design

We are expanding our Residential Landscape Design Team to include a Project Coordinator.  This position will assist in all phases of landscaping construction, including site measurements, layouts, material acquisition and warranty matters.  The position will assist the Landscape Construction Project Managers and clients with a variety of tasks to ensure quality hardscape and plant material installations.  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of plant and hardscape materials
• Ability to work outside in midwest weather conditions
• Experience and/or interest in landscape construction project management  
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate landscape design & sales applications 
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing; internal and external customers 
• Extremely well-organized; Self-starter who is committed to exceeding expectations 
• Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and maintain a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Work with landscape designer, project managers, and foreman to complete the installation of designs
• Data entry; assistance with site analysis and project estimates 
• Project coordination; support for varieties of construction projects 
• Client relationship building; continuum of established client relationships & exceeding expectations 
• Work in a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
• Working closely with vendors, subcontractors, and employees; ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times
